In the beginning around week 7, I was nauseous 24/7. It only lasted 1 week! I only had 1 time of morning sickness too. It'll pass.

Never let yourself get hungry!! Keep lots of little snacks around you.
Bagels helped me when my stomach was upset.

You MUST drink, drink, drink lots of fluids. DO NOT allow yourself to get dehydrated even a little bit. call your doctor if this keeps up for a few days. My SIL passed out in her home because she was sick soo often that she was dehyrated and her 8 year old had to call 911.
Plain bread products, like a bagel should help you but if not, call your doctor. They have medications that are safe for the baby to help if it gets severe.

I agree with Jenn NEVER let yourself get hungry and avoid really greesy foods. I have been eating a bagel in the morning and that really helps. I also eat 5 saltines wheb i get up before i get into the shower. Try ginger.. that is supposed to help

Re: Ugghhh....morning, noon and night sickness
I had MS 24/7 for the first 6 months and then it came back in the last month. I tried all the tricks and nothing worked. One thing that did help was chewing peppermint gum or having cinnamon candy. No idea why but it would help. I know this part sucks and there were times when I would be crying hysterically telling my DH that I couldn't do this, I also had trouble functioning, I was actually MIA from this site for a while, because I couldn't get off the couch at the end of the day, but I swear you will forget all about it and even think hey that wasn't so bad when you have that baby in your arms.
