UGH!!!

UGH!!!

So it turns out we are not getting the house. The original buyers never backed out of the deal so they are still buying the house. It is all speculation but I have a feeling the broker said it was back on the market to up the bid a little bit. I am so upset...I already had all these ideas of how I wanted to decorate and FH and I were already thinking about all the parties we were going to have. And the worst part is now we have to start house hunting again. That is the most annoying thing in the world!

Awww i'm sorry that really does stink! I hate even looking for apartments I can't imagine how hard it is to fall in love with a house. But try and stay positive maybe something better is waiting for you!!

that *****.. i have to start looking for a house next year. i know how it is when you have your hopes up for something and get disapointed. That just means that there is something better for you.

I'm new to the boards, so don't know you're entire story, but I'm really sorry to hear about the house falling through. That has to be such a disappointment.

But...not to sound trite...maybe this is for the best...I almost bought a co-op last year, but didn't have enough cash for the down payment. The broker was great...got me into a rent for a year with an option to buy at the end of the lease deal. Would you believe I had to break the lease after 3 months because the building was HORRIBLE?? Maybe the house falling through for you now, is preventing an even worse hassle down the line.

Good luck....I agree with whoever said I hate looking for apartments, houses are so much more difficult.

I understand where you are coming from. We are trying to sell the one we have to get a different one but the market is bad and it looks like we are going to loose out.

Keep the positive thinking and whatever is meant to be will be.

thanks for the support girls...i am a firm believer in 'everything happens for a reason' but i just don't see what that reason is right now so i am bummed. but hopefully we will find something even better and then i will understand why this house couldn't be 'our' house.
