ugh!!!!

so i put an offer on a house... SCARY....

and now im told two more offers are coming in tonight

i want to vomit!!!!! I need this house, I want this house

I pulled comps... have some people who have access to recent sales etc

and the house was DEF over priced. So i gave a reasonable offer... way over the other sale prices since the kitchen was redone

if these other people cant pull comps, they may not know that its over priced and while they would over pay for the house, they would still get it...

Do i pay more than i should so i get it? or offer what i think is deserved and if i lose it, i lose it?

Leave your offer where it is. Even if it's true that there are other offers coming in this evening it is also common for deals to break up. If this house is meant to be yours it will be yours. Don't worry. Good Luck! Update on what happens.

good luck!! what's meant to be will be! I was just like that last year and lost mine, but found a much better one that I am living in now!!!! You will find the 'one'... just like you FH and your dress

If it's meant to be it's meant to be... never over pay for something that isn't worth it. That just means less equity for you in the long run and a higher mortgage payment. When FH and I made offers on houses in the past we had a number we knew we wouldn't go over no matter how much we loved the house. There is no reason to overpay for a house esp in this market, it would be insane!!!

Good luck, don't stress it, if this one doesn't work out another more perfect house will come along.

if you lose it, you lose it! something bigger and better will come along. i believe everything is all about 'timing'.

Please don't pay more just to get it...there's plenty more houses out there and you've just begun your search :D
