there was a post a while back about things you/fh had to compromise with each other with for the wedding, and i kept thinking how lucky i've been through this whole thing bc we've really agreed on EVERYTHING so far.
well!!!
yesterday i put together a whole bunch of pics of cakes that i like and showed them to him yesterday... he hated all of them. so he showed me the cakes he likes..... i hate them. i like the more contemporary, simple ones. he likes the traditional, flowery ones.
... so now i have something to add to the compromises list!

What if you did a simple one and then had sugar flowers added, instead of real flowers?
What if you did something like this...it's kind of a cross between modern/contemporary and traditional...
(you can use any flowers...it still has a cascading effect like he seems to like)

haha i know!!!! i said no way, we'll find a compromise somehow, but no way is my cake having fruity 1980's flowers on it!

We had a similar problem, my FH didn't understand why I didnt want the cake that the hall was providing .. it looked like something straight out of the 80's .. I said NO WAY .. too bad I can't find a picture... you'll be
