UGH!!

I just had a makeup trial and I got lashes put in...they are buggin the SSSSHHHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTT outta me!!!

on another note_ the makeup looks pretty good but how am I gonna survive wit these things!!???

do they make your eyes tear... when i had them they kinda felt weird and i got all teary eyed! i had to pull them off

seriously, that means the makeup lady didnt put them on right or she used really heavy lashes..I had 4 makeup trials so far, and I had 1 lady who used lashes and placed them on my eye individually..It made a HUGE difference because she made sure the fake lash blended with my real eyelash.

The only downside is that it takes a REALLY long time..she spent easily almost 45 minutes on just 1 of my eyes....she also trimmed the length of the lashes at the end, and a bit on the tip so they wouldn't feel heavy..

that means they werent placed correctly or with the right precision..i had 1 lady who used the fake lashes, probably bought off a rack at Duane Reade or CVS for $ 4.99 - as soon as she put them on, I felt like I had 4 lb weights on my eyelids..and then to boot, about 2 hours later, I was able to pull them off with no trouble.

I had another makeup trial with a more experienced makeup artist (yea she was expensive but I think its worth the $$), and she placed individual lashes and actually measured each lash to make sure it was perfectly balanced on my eye. The best part was that the lashes were impossible to remove w/o makeup remover and they were still on my face for 6-8 hours after my trial..i hardly felt the lashes were there!!

there is a nail salon near me who has an awesome Asian lady who does them for a great price
she is really good at it too

I remember when I had them done 1 yr ago they were perfect & natural looking and they lasted well over the two months

she may have not adjusted them enough for comfort.
