Are you taking vitamins?? IF not I would start Are you using antibaterial stuff?? If you are I would stop they just mess your body up more then help it! Feel better! I hate being sick!

No anti bacterial stuff for me, just soap and water. I'm a teacher, so I constantly have germs swarming around me. And to make it worse, I'm the chorus teacher in a small room, so all their little germs are flying at me all period. If they're sick, they're not allowed to sing! But nothing's fool proof. Those little snots! And no, I'm a bad girl, I have been lazy about my vitamins I guess this is what I get!

I have been sick for over a week now! I work with kids too so I get everything!
It stinks! Its getting a little better but I am still congested and soooooooo dizzy!

Ok, I started back up on vitamins today, so hopefully I can kick what I have. But I feel much better than I did last night, so that's a good thing. I just have a stuffy nose and a headache now.
