ugh christmas buying blues
so, The original plan was that FH and I would not exchange gifts. i said that we should just put whatever we WOULD have spent on each other into the wedding account. I really needed a cell phone so my mom sent me $100 and then FH payed the remainder for my Iphone. I thought THAT would be my christmas gift but when i tell FH that was my gift and not to get me anything else he's like 'yeah right, me not get my future wife a christmas gift? OKKK' I don't want to disappoint him but I know I am more realistic when it comes to $$ than he is...I know we need to save every penny for the wedding but he is soooooooo sure we're gonna be living comfortably very soon bc his apprenticeship is almost over. now i hafta get him something or i'll feel awful...but what the frigg do i get him without breaking the bank? I'm usually a GREAT christmas gift giver but this yr...ugh ...this wedding has got me down in the pitts this holiday season...I feel like I can't buy the really nice gifts i usually get for everybody.
