ugh dentist long

ugh dentist long

So I noticed last night that it looked like part of my gum was kinda overlapping one of my teeth.

i have a tooth that is little bit behind one tooth, so depending how far i open my mouth or not then you can tell otherwise its not too noticeable unless i point it out.

so i went to the dentist on my way home real quick i had called they said to get there before 5.

So he checks it and says either its an infection or it could be that because my wisdom teeth are still coming in and pushing on my teeth it might have pushed that tooth back(i can't really tell) but he says even the slightest push could have set off the gum having to compensate for the space which means they'll have to cut the gum and then most likely put braces on.

If braces have to go on then wisdom teeth will have to come out(no point getting them on if they'll still be in there pushing my teeth) and then get braces.
how can i do this with less than 9months until the wedding.

Has anyone have anything like this happen to them?
Or have to have their gums cut?

most people have to get their wisdom teeth out...but I only had mine out after I had braces....I had braces for 4 1/2 years, then another 1 1/2 years in college....

might as well get the wisdom teeth taken care of, if you get those out, you might not have to have your gums cut...(which I belive is painful) sorry...

I'm not even sure how much of the gum they would even cut. Is it just the portion over the tooth? I do'nt think he wanted to scare me just yet in case it was just a minor infection. The tooth with the problem right now is one of my top front teeth.

Buy Peroxyl, its a mouthwash...i have MAJOR issues with my wisdom teeth, they are constantly infected-this is the best stuff I have found to clear up an infection-and it keeps them away

Its not my wisdom teeth that are infected though. Its just that one tooth with the gum situation which might be infected. At this point i'm hoping thats all it is.
