someone just told me they can't make it...oh well, at least it was early enough so that we can tell the hall (i think after wednesday we can't make any changes). but we have to shuffle a few people around now (and we just dropped off the placecards on saturday).

I'm afraid of it happening, but I think I'll be glad for cancellations instead of no-shows. I would hate no shows!
