ugh - make up artists

im so upset - ive been waiting for a response from oksana for weeks and finally heard back and she's booked for my datae already :(
does anyone have recommendations for someone comparable? i really haven't been impressed with others ive seen so far...

Lynn cascino!!! FM me for her info she did all our makeup and was amazing! I used Oksana for bpics and I loved it but preferred my wedding day look by lynn!!!

Oh and not supper expensive either!!!

True...but I am a makeup artist myself and I wear heavy makeup on a daily basis. She was the only makeup artist that I admired

sandra baldini is fantastic!!!! i contacted oksana first based on what i read on this board...her communication is horrible! it took her weeks to respond which was a turn off no i never even bothered seeing her for a trial or anything. i moved onto sandra and it was the best decision i made. they say everything happens for a reason and boy am i glad oksana never got back to me!!! sandra does amazing work, and i believe it is the same price or slightly less. she is so sweet, friendly and outgoing and aside from being a talented makeup artist, she has amazing communication with her clients which is a huge plus. she also has an eye for colors...i dont often wear makeup so i had no idea what color i wanted my eye shadow to be and she got the colors totally right not only for me but for my mom and the bridal party.

thanks so much everyone. i really appreciate your suggestions and comments.
ive contacted sandra baldini (based on pjc92980 review alone!), stacy doolan and diana (of jenerations).
lets cross our fingers and see what happens.
