UGH! MY COMPUTER HAD THAT WORM!!!

I just spent 5 hours trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with my computer only to find out that it had the worm that 'kid' created in Germany! I have never been so fustrated ! It took a lot of time on the phone with HP and $40.00 later it is gone. The tech told me anyone can get it it just takes a few minutes , and it just comes to your computer with no warning, no nothing. UGH! I just needed to vent. Even with anti virus software it can still get thru! SO FUSTRATING!!
