This whole shopping for wedding shoes non sense is just not working for me!!! FH and I are the just about the same height, so I have been looking at low heels and they make my feet look GINORMOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I just might go barefoot Thanks for listening to me vent!

Just remember that really noone is going to see them but you. So whatever makes you happy even if they are sparkly flip flops - I'm sure you'll find something!

maybe try kitten heels? It your lucky, you can find them under one inch high, but they still make your foot look pretty like higher heels..... (I dislike high heels... they hurt my feet, and this has been my solution for years...)

I know how you feel.. I hate trying on shoes for this wedding! So many to choose from that won't make me too tall than FH or make my feet fat What about getting cute little white sneakers. Sketchers has them and they're quite cute and that'll give you no height so you won't have to worry about being taller than FH?!!

I have the same problem as you! I think I am wearing the ballerina shoes at the church and pictures then for the reception I am wearing bridal slippers! This way we will be the same height and I will be comfy!

guh!! Thanks ladies...Im going to try all of your ideas and see what happens! I just hate low shoes for some reason and cant wear high ones!
I'm wearing white converse high tops with a pink and grey double tounge. YUP! And then on the outside of each sneaker I am ironing on a really pretty rhinestone breast cancer awareness ribbon. I am also having the breast ca shoelaces and socks. COMPHY!!!

I'm 5'11 and went with an 1 1/4' heel. Found them on Shoebuy.com. 65 bucks. But afterwards, I'm all for the slippers, becuse Darren is shorter than me, and picture wise.......I don't want to be uncomfortable, and tower over him. You'll find something.

let me know what you find because my fiance and I are the same height too!! (both really short!) under 2 inch heels are NOT easy to find - at least nice ones....

I found a couple with a 2' heel. THe first one is 2.5 and the other is 2'...I like the 2nd ones better
