Some people take things too damed personally, as if you smacked their mother or something. LOL!

Anyone got aby jokes or something to take there edge off. I swear I want to quit my job.

I'm not making excuses but I think it might be the weather. Most people I know have had it. I teach in probably the only district on LI that has not had one snow day or even one delayed opening this year... not even this morning. My 25 minute commute took 3 hours yesterday afternoon and an hour and ten minutes this morning. I left home this morning at 5:45 am and got to work 25 miles away at 7 just in time.

I've heard through the grapevine that my superintendant doesn't believe in snowdays and has told people that as long as he is in charge we are never having a snow day or a delayed opening. One of our faculty members hit a divider this morning.

I know I feel fried today from it all

this week everyone is cranky at my work!

It has got to be the weather. with such a gorgeous day on Monday, and then it was ripped from us for THIS crap?!

I like to take the edge off by having a cup of hot cocoa. It feels naughty and fun.

Isn't there something about a long winter that makes people depressed? I think I read it...yes, people need to loosen up!

i confess to feeling cranky today. it has to do with:
1. having left 75 degree, sunny north carolina to come back to disgustingly cold and snowy nyc.

2. the next step of my medical career gets determined in 8 days, and i can do nothing but sit around and wait for it. this is killing me softly...

3. we have to go and meet with our priest tonight, in this horrendous weather, in possibly the worst part of brooklyn. and i have to take 2 subways and a train to get there from where i live (which is in the bumblef*** section of manhattan, i might add!)

4. i can't get in touch with my makeup lady to set up the trial that should have been done weeks ago anyway.

5. i can't get in touch with the travel agent who is going to book my honeymoon. i still am not sure where i'm going!! oh, and this should have been done months ago too.

6. while i am slaving over wedding details, fh is 'slaving' over FANTASY BASEBALL

wow, this turned into a major vent. sorry, cuban, for adding more crankiness to your day
