Ugh!! Why is my weigh in day Friday morning?

I would love to enjoy Cinco de Mayo tonight!! I'm still going out - I can't drink because of some heavy duty meds I am on, but I would like to enjoy some Mexican food!!
The scale is going to be SCARY in the morning!!
