ok so i just called Macy's (in Herald Sq) where i got my dress to find out when I should start fittings.
appearantly they only do fittings from 11-4 on Tues-Thurs.
ummmm so what about people with jobs?!?!
they definitely didnt tell me that when i ordered the dress

What!!! I bought my dress at Macys in Manhasset and I had a fitting at 6 pm, maybe you can bring your dress their!

it worked out for me bc i work nights and weekends...maybe you can pick up the dress from there and have it altered at a different macys bridal salon

Annoying alert! At least you'll be able to run quick there during lunch but still - why didn't they tell you that when you ordered???

Thats so annoying!! I'm glad I read this. I'm gonna have to pick my dress up at the herald sq location and bring it to manhassat to have it altered there.

I swear these bridal salons have some nerve.
I had something similar happen to me. I was told they only do one or two fittings on the weekends. I live in Boston!!!!!
There response was 'we will try to fit you in BUT we cant guarantee a weekend appointment'.
