FH and I just bought a condo in Yaphank its kinda out there but for a young couple whose saving for a wedding its the cheapest and surprisingly the nicest around, def check in the Yaphank area, (Whispering Pines, Colonial Woods) its really nice and roomy and affordable and the way the market is the past few months you'll be able to be in the 200-270 price range....FM if u need any additional info...Happy home searching!!!

ya i looked at some out there cause its so cheap but my FH works near queens so the commute would be horrible
we live in north isle village its in coram off of pine rd. in the past couple of months i have seen tons of them up for sale and tons of open houses check it out its worth a shot
