UGHHH!

my fiance picked up our car last night. before he left the shop, he noticed the paint on the door was chipped. he told the guy and the guy was like i don't know, that was probably there already. umm, what?! hey idiot, you replaced both driver's side doors and they're supposedly brand new, so how are there chips in the door. ok, so they fix it. i get home and inspect the car and i notice that they didn't put the mirror on properly and there are deep scratches in the molding around the driver's side window, to the point where the metal is showing. after i yelled at my fiance for not noticing (ha, totally not his fault, but someone needed to get yelled at), he called the shop and now the car has to go back.

ughh, i'm beyond annoyed. the shop was paid $6,000 and had my car for over 2 weeks. you would think that they would fix the car the right way and not do some half @ss job.

Sorry, girl! You've been through enough already! The last thing you need is this shop to be another PITA!!

You should def report it to the insurance company - maybe they did not use brand new parts??

jared already called the insurance adjuster.

it's just a giant pain in the @ss.
