I’ve tried looking for the “correct” way to do this and have come to the conclusion that there isn’t one, so maybe you girls can help.
OK – on our invitations we’re putting our families names. Really the issue is with my mom – she’s remarried but kept her former married name (my last name). Do I put Mrs. Diane Jones and Mr. Kenneth Smith? Or just put Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Smith even though that’s not really her name?

oh! so hard.. lol... well, you could do her hubby's name unless everyone in the fam/friends know she doesnt go by that last name in which case I would do the former

hmm, not sure. FH's mom got remarried but we aren't putting her new husbands name on the invite. Mostly because FH father past away and I think putting the new husbands name on there is disrespectful to his father. I just put my parents name and her name, but with her new current last name.
