ughhhh

Ladies I need your advice! In November my mom threw FH & I an engagement party. Two of my friends from HS I invited because we had rekindled our friendship over the summer (both of them went away to college so we had lost touch) and how could I not invite them?! My other friend from HS stayed home from college (lets call her Sue) and we've been really good friends throughout. I asked her to be in my bridal party and didn't plan on asking the other girls because we hadn't been that good of friends for quite some time. So at the engagement party my friend (lets call her jen) got drunk and FLIPPED out on me in front of everyone because I didn't ask her to be a BM. The other friend (lets call her sara) didn't care about being a BM. So JENS flipping out has caused a HUGE rift in our friendship..I haven't spoke to her since and shes not being invited to the wedding. I haven't spoken to SARA since the engagement party either because I've just been so darn busy with work, planning a wedding etc. So now its coming to the bachlorette party and my friend SUE who is a bm asked SARA to attend. Thats fine because she thought i was planning on inviting her to the wedding--but because its been so long since we've spoken i feel bad inviting her to the wedding and to the bachlorette party. Also If i do invite SARA im afraid she might show up with JEN...Who would probably ruin the wedding!! WHAT SHOULD I DO?! What do I tell sue!?! ahhhhh

sorry so long!!

Don't invite Sara with a guest, that is all. That's what I would do. I mean ettiqutte aside, don't you want people there who care about you and FH, not superficial people who want to be your BM cause you used to be friends? JMHO

Thats a tough one. If you are really truly worried that...Jen will cause a scene and Sara may bring her then I wouldnt invite either one of them. Its hard to distinguish who are your real friends while you are planning a wedding b/c you get so caught up in planning and things are crazy.
Maybe talk to Sue and see if she will maybe mention to Sara that you arent planning on inviting Jen and see what happens from there
