ughhhhh... parking lots

fiance in a parking lot got hit by a car pulling out... fiance wasnt going fast at all... ughhh i HATE car accidents...

people can not drive, and they were all out today

Emily that ****s but (trust me had my first one in years 2 months ago) that is what insurance is for and if this person hit you Mike has nothing to worry about.

ughh... FI lives with parents... he just got home and they are grilling him about the accident..
he guy just wants to give him a check and be done outside of insurance.. and FI's parents want to report it to insurance....ugggggggggh

The guy that hit me (did a U-turn in the middle of 110 in amityville under a NO U- TURN sign) Wanted to do the same until he saw the price then wanted to play games. We went through the insurance he tried to tell me I was going to get screwed and it was going to be my fault-- Ummm NO! Well, HIS insurance paid for EVERYTHING-- Rental car (sebring convertible, it was all Enterprise had left) all the repairs. We didn't even have to go through our insurance-- Ha Ha on him

Tell Mike to be careful if this is what the guy says he only has 10 days to get an accident report and they MUST both go down there!

well we have the guys info... he said the deductable would be 1,000 anyway... (with his car I think he just dosn't want the insurance raised...)..
UGGHHHHHHHH he's trying to explain this to his parents and they are NOT getting it..
he gets the estimate tomorow.. if the guy then changes his mind... he'll file with his insurance company tomorow night..

I would be careful you have no way of knowing if this guy is going to pay or not. Also he could go make out a police report without your knowledge
