PMS can definitely bloat you....
did you eat a lot of salt yesterday/today?
You could be retaining water too....

When I get PMS, I retain SO MUCH water....it's the worst!

Tuna shouldn't be sooo bad....
Go to the pharmacy and get aqua-ban....that stuff works great for me.....

When I retain water I get puffy eyes and face and people ask me if I'm tired....lol...it's that bad!

Truth be told, I’d rather blow up like a balloon than be stuck with the INSANE PMS I get every month. I am being so bitchy, and believe me, I’m trying really hard to be nice!!! Sorry, just had to vent…
