He can be such a 'doom and gloom' kinda guy at times. One day his job is fine, the next day something bad happens and he hates his job. His thoughts are so drastic is makes me crazy! Now of course today he hates his job and makes me feel guilty about not moving off of LI (which I told him when we first started dating that I would not move without my mom and sister). He makes me craaaazyyyyyyyyy

I can totally relate to you. My husband is so negative sometimes, that it drives me crazy.

He goes through these moods at times and I just want to kill- especially sometimes when I am upset about something instead of faking and being more upbeat, if he is in a bad mood he will actually get negative with me and make me feel even worse.
More often than not he makes me feel better though. . .

see, im ususally the downer- fh lifts me up. so my advice is stay positive. he will get out of his mood when you are happy. he will see that its not worth it to act all poopsies (which is what my fh calls me when im in a bad mood)

Im usually the downer person too in my relationship. Its not the best of times either, just stick with it and give him your support and maybe a little breathing room so he realizes the way hes acting. Its not always intentional, im sure:)

My dh gets like that too. I also get that his job is 'harder' because he does physical work and I 'just' do mental work-ugghhh!! He gets up in the morning, gets dressed and goes to work. I have to get 2 kids and myself ready, get one to the busstop and the other to daycare BEFORE I even get to work!
