Ugh...(mini vent)

aww I'm sorry hon... it's tough when a friendship drifts apart and you try to reconnect.

Give her a few more days (maybe she's just crazy busy at work or something) and if she doesn't write back, say 'eff it' and put it out of your mind. It's only going to drive you nuts and give you added stress that you really don't need. If she was a true friend to you, she would respond and be happy for you.

what! im confused ... you are upset for a simple 'Congrats'???....better yet, a belated congrats which was obviously held back because she is maybe jealous/acting immature or simple doesnt care... why would you want to reconnect with someone like that? let it go...

obviously you are letting her control your emotions ..better yet, you are allowing her to ruin your engagement joy...

before you think im invading... please know that im not judging you or your situtation because i find myself getting upset for meaningless things like this too..but I had a similiar situation 3 wks ago but my BM snapped me right out of it.... even since, i promise myself for the remainder of my 1 year and 4months... i have to Enjoy being engaged
and stop wasting my time on people who dont matter.
