I called in my final headcount to the Watermill today and now I am starting to get cancellations.
How annoying - they couldn't call a day before so that I didn't have to pay for them.

That has to be so frustrating! I know a girl who RSVP'd to a coworker's wedding with her boyfriend and his kid and then just didn't show up at all. SHe claimed she got lost. I feel like people don't realze that when they pull stuff like this, it's coming out of YOUR pocket. Those people better send you a good gift!!

My FI's friend always replies with guest and has never brought a guest with him to the wedding, there is always an empty seat at the table. At the last wedding that I went to he was trying to pick up a girl sitting behind us at the Church that he had gone to HS with, he said that he could 'get her into the reception,' because he had an extra 'ticket'.
