....after a year of no monthly visits AF is back I was hoping for longer while BF'd but oh well.

I only got mine ONCE since I had Mia in July and I'm guessing it's because I'm still breastfeeding.

I can only hope

I am having horrible cramps. Did this happen to everyone else too? People told me after I had a baby my cramps would go away. What a crock

Stacey, I'm so sorry to hear about your unwanted visitors!!!

I still get cramps, but they weren't as bad as before I got pregnant. Just another wonderful thing about being a woman.....
