Apparently, asking for coffee with a little bit of half and half means you get half of a cup of cream. EW.
And no, I didn't go to starbucks.
So out this crap goes. And I still need my effing caffeine fix.

I just want to go behind the counter and do it myself since they obviously can't.
I want to be able to go behind any counter and do what I need to have done - like check in at the airport, put the right amount of stuff in my coffee, make a return.

I guess they poured all the cream into your cup because my coffee was so dark - I nearly spit it out on the first gulp...I like my coffee med to light - this was just plain out dark with a drop of cream...not in a good mood today because of this
