hey girls? when did the price for stamps change? anyone know? b/c i just saw a post on the 07 boards about 2 cent stamps and i just realized that i mailed a stack of engagement gift thank yous yesterday AM ALL with 39 cent stamps on them!! please tell me it isnt in effect yet!
