After I entered all my credit card information and hit the send button I realized that the lock icon wasn't at the bottom of my screen. Now I'm nervous - is everything ok?

Who did you order from, maybe you can call the company's 800 # and tell them.

I ordered from a scrapbook site that I usually order from. I sent them an e-mail...maybe I'll call them.

You should call them. If you still feel unsafe, then call your CC company and tell them to issue you a new card and only honor the last charge of whatever the amount is that you just ordered. At least that will give you peace of mind.
