I just bought one...it cleaned my ring really well...does anyone else have one?? any opinions?? how long do u leave ure ring in there for and how often do u clean it?? Is it safe??

I got mmine from bed bath and beyond...its a haier...it was 50...which one do u have? was it $$??

I got this one off my registry for Christmas! I love this thing! I heard it also cleans even better if you use a little dishwashing detergent!

I used it tooo much. My jewler is convinced it is how I lost one of the diamonds in it but my brother in law who is a jewler as well says 'no way'.
Now I have been approved to do 480 seconds 1x a week.

i actually returned the one i bought at BB&B and got the one from sharper image. It was $30 more, but it also cleans silver, and is a lot smaller and more attractive looking. I also think it produces better results...not that the haier is bad. Supposedly the steam cleaners only clean the surface dirt and not in the crevices...if I wanted to splurge I would probably do both once a week!! I think that's a little crazy tho!
