we didn't have an umbrella at my girlfriends shower.. but they did give them out as favors.. nice ones too.. each box had a large one and a small one. It was really cute actually.. .and it's the first favor i've gotten that i find myself using ALL the time..lmao

Umbrella=shower the bride-to-be with best wishes of joy and happiness & of course presents.
Not all showers incorporate an actual umbrella Personally, I'm hoping mine won't. Many will have a umbrella on the cake, table confetti, or even in the cocktails should it be that kind of party![]()

I heard of weddings where you hang the umbrella upside down by the dais and people put $$$$ in it. ut not at the shower, maybe it was just a decoration. Was it like a totes umbrella or a parasol?
