Do I include the vendors in my head count at my reception? Like... if I have a DJ and an MC and I want them to eat... do I include them as 'people' or does the hall take care of them?

no u tell them that u r feeding the vendors. they dont eat what your guest eat. 1/2pr and problly burbgers or such

You need to look at your contract. Mine specifically says that vendors are 1/2 price after I meet my minimum guarantee.
I know my hall feeds the vendors the same food the guests get.

We pay half price for vendors if we meet our minimum.
If we don't meet our minimum we can count them to the total.

Def look at your contract. our vendors are free if they are recommended vendors, but half-price if they are not recommended vendors. but either way, they do not count towards the total.

Again, us too. We met our minimum and then the vendors and the kids were half price.
On our final paperwork, it said X amount of guests, X amount of kids, X amount of vendors.

my hall feeds them the same as my entrees choices. also if the vendor is a house vendor like my photgraphers and video are they eat for free if my vendor is not a house vendor like my dj then i pay 40 dollars pp
