ummmm FIL's guestlist...

so FIL's had time today and made their guest list and just emailed it to me...

100 ppl on their list.....

?????

ummm we're hoping to only have 200 guests...
and i dont even know ANY of these ppl......i'm so confused...

don't you just love FIL! NOT!
mine aren't any better. We want a 100 pp wedding and their list was 100 and said they couldn't cut it down....we told them they had to period... seriously!!!

here's how we decided to handle it.
we are writing the list for FILs and then telling them is there anyone you would like to substitute

I too have all these friends WITH guests on there. we are shooting for 100 total and here are all these ppl - Im gonna say again - WITH guests, ppl I never even heard about and FH had problem telling me who they are
ugh! well at least most of us FINALLY got a list

WW III at my apt...

FH and i are fighting abt his parents' guest list...

every other person has a fiancee?? i think his parents use this term too losely...

my single cousins are coming solo... not w/dates..

oh and all of the sudden 11 yr olds are not considered children...***

That's insaneI Why does she think you want to have 100 people you don't even know there to celebrate one of the most important days of your life??

At least yours thinks people will show up to the wedding... FMIL keeps telling us that no one is going to come from their side of the family!! She still hasn't given us ANY addresses!
