So on WW recipe of the day yesterday they had this Chocolate Marshmellow Bark and I made it last night. THE BEST! I am totally going to add graham crackers to the recipes next time to make S'Mores Bark but here it is (you cut it into 12 pieces and each piece is 4 points).
- 8 oz Semi Sweet Morsels (I used Nestle. The recipe actually calls for bittersweet but I'm not a fan so I used semi-sweet). - 3 cups of mini marshmellows *the recipe also calls for 2 tbsps of butter, which I did not use, but to each his own. If you take the butter out the point value may actually be less*
Melt chocolate (and butter if using) in a double boiler. When chocolate is JUST completely melted, remove from heat and add in marshmellows. Toss until marshmellows are fully coated.
Line a 9x9 pan with foil and then spoon the mixture into pan and spread around until it's in a pretty even layer. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
That's it! So easy, and this is definitely a great little chocolate fix to have in the fridge! and FH LOVED it!
This looks yummy. Too bad, I just started my low carb diet again.

ooo good idea! what I love about this is that you can pretty much add anything you want to it! Nuts, fruits, anything! Just have to add the points values for whatever you are adding.

the new one. if you are still using the old points system you could probably figure it out. Figure out the points for 8oz chocolate and 3 cups of mini marshmellows and then divide it by 12 and you get your points per piece.
