Umm...really? Prayers!

We searched HIGH and LOW and my birth certificate is missing.

I ordered a new copy yesterday; it says 5-10 business days.

Lets have some massive prayers that it gets here in time and we get our marriage license.

I'm so scared/stressed about the wedding in 18 days that I don't whether to cry or vomit.



ETA: I was born in the Boogie Down

ETA: There is NO way FH and I could get to Queens or NYC....it will be hard enough to get to Brookhaven Town Hall

ETA: 5-10 days IS expedited!

Were you born on Long Island? When I couldn't find mine when I needed it for my passport I just went to Islip Town Hall (I was born at Good Sam) and they printed and stamped one for me right there.

we did the same for FH in smithtown.

There was no way to put a rush order on it?? I hope you get it in time!!!

go to queens - you don't need it there! just your license or passport!

Agreed! If it doesn't come in time, this is a great back-up plan for you. I know it's WAY outta your way, but at least you know you have a back-up plan!!!
