Unbelievable Sick Person at my job

There is this 1 guy at my job, who refuses to go to see the doc. to check himself. He has been walking around coughing, in everyone's face, and have made the entire office SICK!!!!

I have taken off from work yesterday, due to a soar throat, my other co worker, wants to kick his a$$-they too are now sick.

Can you believe people

I hear ya, we have 8 people in our office and ALL 8 of us are sick from ONE person! UGH

A person, like that would be the last person, to call out sick

My sick boss was looking at one of my work papers yesterday and covered her mouth w/ it to COUGH and had nerve to put it back down on my desk!!!!!!!

Don't people know, coughing makes it spread!!!

The culprit, who is passing his germs around, just showed me a bottle of antibiotics-cipro. I hope he takes it, been wondering around here coughing for a month. Had the nerve to cough on me in the gym last week, have not been back since

I'm typically the person who won't call in sick...but I don't get sick very often and it's usually just a little sniffle...BUT, that is so gross!!!

the same thing is happening here at my job - NO ONE ever uses their sick days and everyone comes into work sick, which ends up goign around the whole office until we're all coughing and sniffling!! It reallypisses me off because my company gives us TEN SICK DAYS every year. You'd think more people would take advantage of that - but around here, it's like some stupid badge of courage to forfeit your sick days and come in anyway..... And the worst part of it is - my boss has made it very clear that she doesn't believe in using sick days...... Which means that the rest of us are looked down on whenever we call out sick! Two years ago I was sooo sick and ended up calling out 8 of my 10 days to stay home and rest (amazing concept...) So what ends up happening? I LOSE MY YEARLY RAISE becuase I used too many sick days?!?!??!?!??!?!? w t f are they there for then?!?? So mad, it still gets me pissed bc now I'M sick from yet another co-worker who decided to come in sick..... but I wouldn't even think of calling out sick for fear of losing my raise again! Grrrrrrrr What is wrong with people?!?!

I saw my boss before and made a point of coughing and sniffling - hint hint -

I have the same problem with one of my co-worker too and I work in foodservice! he is alway's coughing and I am like cover your mouth. he alway's seems like he has a cold and it lingers everymonth. I wish my boss would tell him to go to the doctor or buy some cough medicine.

Thats nasty and rude! Has anyone said anything to the boss? Glad I dont buy food there.
I work w/children. If any child comes in with a fever, 'stomach probs.' they are sent home and not allowed to return for 24 hours with a note stating that they are on meds or what the diagnosis was! It should be the same rule for adults in the work force! We not only get sick from the children, but we also get it from adults and coworkers!

I agree! hopefully this year he will do the right thing.

That is so inconsiderate and mean. How can he do that. It's not enough that he is sick and miserable but why does he have to make everyone feel the same way. The nerve of some people.
