they have those cork-looking candles. stick them in a wine bottle and its a candle.

this might look cute if you had clear wine bottles and stuffed them with some vines and water.

idk. i need lunch

Re: under 3 weeks to our eparty

how much are you willing to spend?

my suggestion:
Head over to the christmas tree shoppe in deer park (tanger). walk to the back of the store, make a left, go about ½ way down.. viola, amazing vases.
now, cross the aisle, they have nice candles, that are rather inexpensive.
They sell the crystal rocks there, but the're like $1.50-$2.00 and they don't ALWAYS have them.
so skip that.

Go to the register and pay. lol

Now... exit tanger, (on the west side- closest to CTS), make a left on commack road, take to DPA, make left on bay shore road (olympic diner on right). there's a dollar tree in there... get some crystals there.
and (if they still have them) they have stickers that have e-rings on them.
OR get some ribbon (i like ribbon better)
assemble- it'll look something like
this only rather then coffee, you'd have rock crystals and you'd have ribbon tied around it.
at lowes (i know the one in west islip on sunrise has them cheap) you can get a box of like 8 square mirrors for $12.00 or 12 for $8 (i dont remember lol) it really makes the look 'pop'.

Also, I did a google search for 'wine' cps.

and these look really nice and could be really simple to make:

or something like this- get candles and rather then use crystals, use wine... (i think this is brandy)

hope all this helps!

We did the submerged orchids and it wasn't that expensive for us. I'm not sure what your budget is, but we bought the vases and the orchids ourselves, the orchids were about $9 each plus about $5 for the vase and then we bought candles but didn't use them. We put some shells on the bottom of the vase (we had a luau theme). We spent about $15 per centerpiece. I'm not sure what size you wanted to do, but we had an average size vase, nothing too big or too small.
