does anyone know of any soon-to-be catering halls that are offering great rates to book before they open?

Re: 'under construction' catering halls?
smart! we went looking at this place in jersey city (maritime parc) to book pre-construction... they were offering awesome rates (well, they certainly weren't cheap, but much better than what they are now!) what a great way to get a venue at a great price. good luck!
