Have you included any vendors in your count? Do you have any co-workers to invite?

i dont think vendors count in the actual final head count

In my hall vendors are half price but if you dont meet your minimum you can add them to your final if you don't have enough

Dawnie just went trough this. You are stuck paying for the full headcount, but you may include your vendors.

I think you can include vendors too (the ones you are paying for). It may be 2 vendors counts as one person if you are paying half for them.

Try to relax, whatever happens happens If you are under you have to pay for your max anyway so try not to stress! Everything will be perfect

at the vanderbilt you could count the vendors to meet your min., but they were full price

Since I didn't use house vendors all of my vendors are full price so they count in the head count.

Christy, anyone else that you wanted to invite that you couldn't due to limits?
