I want to do it for the wedding...How much do I have to let the hair grow in?

I have done this.. you need to let it grow into hair.. they can not wax the stuble... it does hurt but only for a second...its the plucking that gets me..

You have to let it grow 2 weeks. That was the worst part for me. The waxing and the plucking weren't too bad - it stings for a second then I was ok.

Once -- It was seriously the most traumatic thing I've ever gone through. <>

I get it done, and Love not having to shave! It's totally worth it, and over VERY quickly, not that painful!

I have been thinking of doing this so in teh process of growing the hair - the wait is SO SO SO HORRRIBLE!!! I guess I will see how the pain will be. I would like to know more expierences though - where do you go?
I have to say that it does not hurt me a bit....maybe I have tough underarms? but my DH's aunt does them...and she uses lavender wax in her studio...and she does it in different directions depending on which way the hair grows...
I actually pluck to keep up my waxing (shaving rash hurts way more)
If you go in the direction of the hair...it rarely hurts!!
