Undergarment Help

Undergarment Help

So I am finding it difficult to find the correct bra for under my dress. I went to Victoria Secret yesterday and purchased the 100 different way convertible bra. I had grabbed the wrong size, so I went to the VS closer to my house and the woman told me I should get a push-up strapless bra and have it sewn into my dress with the straps.

The whole point to my story...has anyone ever had a whole bra with straps sewn into their dress? I am worried it is going to show through the dress.

I was also thinking of getting the strapless and backless shaping bra from VS but the woman said that this and any strapless bra would be uncomfortable. Has anyone ever worn the strapless adhesive bra?

TIA

P.S. Here is a picture of my dress so you can see where I am struggling.

Beautiful dress!

I've worn an adhesive bra before, and I wouldn't recommend it if you're chesty (I am, it didn't work too well).

I think you'd be better off NOT sewing the bra into your dress. It might make it cling in the wrong places...but maybe consult with a seamstress.

I am having the same problem.. I did use the adhesive bra once and it was not a good experience. It fell off in the middle of the night and wouldn't 'stick' back on! So I had to use tape, ha ha yes! actual Scotch tape to keep it on! So obviously I would not recommend that for your wedding!
Try Blums in Patchogue. If you don't like the way it looks with your dress you have 24hrs to return it.
Good Luck!
