Did you have cups sewn into the dress, or did you wear a bra? i am having a hard time, because my dress has a very low back....any ideas?

I had what I think is called a long line corset bra.. but the back on my dress wasn't that low.. I'd check with your seamstress if having cups sewn in are an option for both your dress and your cup size

there was a bra sewn into my dress but i wore a long line corset bra anyway and had the seamstress attach it to my dress with velcro so u didn't see the dress falling down and the bra showing

I'm wearing a corset bra as well. It's perfect for low backs, or low cleavage.
