GOT PROOFS FINALLY LAST YEAR MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND $4000 LATER HAVE NOTHING ELSE. GOT A NUMBER FOR SOME FLIM FLAM GUY THAT BOUGHT THEIR CONTRACTS WHO'S TRYING TO 'EXTORT' MORE MONEY TO COMPLETE PACKAGE.....PLEASE GIVE ME SOME DIRECTION. DISTRAUGHT IN VIRGINIA

So sorry to hear about this scum bag; it’s so sad to see how people are jerked all the time My advice to you is Google BBB of NY and give them a call. I am sure you can fill out the forms internet. Also, if you still have their contact information, call them and threaten them that you will add bad reviews on liwedding and that you will report them with BBB and also that you will call help me Howard (I hope you know who he is). In any case, do call help me Howard and leave a message about your dilemma. Who knows you might get lucky and they might pick you for the case. Sometime vendors get real scared when you threaten their business in any type of way especially with the media. Best of Luck!

The BBB is nothing more than a PAID service for vendors in any business and for customers to find info about them! If a vendor does not pay for the BBB service their is usally no info about them, unless there is a complant about them. Otherwise the BBB is nothing more then a place that takes peoples money!

They went out of business. My brother and sister in law used them too and they closed down and have all their proofs and stuff. I know there is some court dates about this too.

Contact the NY State Attorney's office. They will fax you a form to fill out in which you can explain what your issue is with the vendor, after you send it back to them and they will review it, contact the vendor and give them time to answer. They will then advice you on how to proceed, they can fine them, or even induce them to return your money or give you what they promised.

Take the time to read over you contract very carefully, then it there isn't any thing in the contract stating extra money it they sell there company and he took over the company he has to honor the contract. Let him know you will take him to court. And not to say the damage that can be done with us at girls & guys on LI weddings can do. I have you back keep me informed.

Another bride called one of the news stations about this. I think it was on ABC or NBC, I can't remember. My brother and sister in law used them too. They had nothing but problems with them, but they finally got what they paid for.

This is COMPLETELY false. The BBB doesn't charge you to file a complaint. It's free. I filed two complaints with the BBB and in BOTH instances got all my money back AND additional compensation.
