unhappy with a LIW vendor!!!

FH and i are actually very unhappy with one of the limo companies we went. They were very nice when we first got there asked us what we were looking for were extremely accomidating since im not looking for anyhting white i know its hard to find but really they were GREAT, then i told them i was part of LIW they gave us a GREAT dreal great price it was more then 1000 cheaper then the place we had gone to a few days ago. then he tries to pressure us into book RIGHT THERE ... no offense but we havent even been able to talk about it privately yet let alone know if we have 500 deposit for it just yet. then he goes on to tell us that its no problem he'll just swipe our credit card.. EXCUSE ME?? we havent decided yet and then when we tell you we need to talk about it you ask 'well why wouldnt you book with us? were reccommend by...' and then goes on to tell us 45 million RH names.. i dont care i just want to talk to my FH about it and get back to you.. then some 'stooger' (nice way of sayin a-hole) comes over askes us where the RH is? and were the church is? we tell him and then he comes back maybe 5 min later to tell us hes sorry but they cant travel with there cars that far east... EXCUSE ME?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? when i called to make the apt and told you the locations you should have told me THEN.. not only that but your buddy here is already trying to charge my credit card and now you tell me that you CANT HELP ME???? WHAT THE F????

To top it off the limo wasnt very clean and the shuttle van they showed me had a HUGE dent in the side and the jerk tried to stand in front of it to COVER IT UP, Like i wouldnt see it??

well anyway WE WERE GOING TO BOOK WITH THEM BUT NOW??? FORGET IT YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!

(im not posting the name b/c they have a GREAT rep on here and i was totally in SHOCK when they pulled this outta there butts, i was so upset i just couldnt bevlieve my ears. if you want to know who then your more then welcome to FM me i just dont want to post)

thanks girls its really not a big deal they just hurt themselves ya know theres TONS of brides on this site and you piss off one you lose alot of potential customers. its just horible when a company holds a pretty great name on a site like this and then they dont hold it up with their customer service ya know?

Sorry this happened to you, it shouldnt happen to any bride getting ready for a wedding and limos are crutial on that day. I havent booked my limos yet but I would really appreciate it if you can FM the limo co. so I will make sure I wont visit them.

That stinks but be proud of yourself that you didn't swipe your card under pressure. Some of the worst purchases of my life was done under pressure. I have learned some great life lessons from it though. You'll find the right place for you!

that really stinks. Shows that maybe they werent such a good deal after all . If they treat you like that before you gave them money once they have it who knows what they could do. Did you try Sir Oliver? They are in Suffolk and they are pretty well priced.

sorry you had a bad experiance but i think you did the right thing by calling attention to it to the 08 girls b/c many times one vendor can be really popular on LIW and they get so hyped up on here, and brides expect for them to deliver exceptional service and sometimes that wont happen. Also the opposite can occur, hundreds of girls can have a horrible experiance with a particular vendor on here and other brides will have an exceptional experiance. mFor ex, we used MV Limo's. i highly reccomend them, but alot of girls on here do not. That just goes to show you cant always rely on reviews from here, you need to go in and make an assessment for yourself.
