What are some other unique honeymood places people are traveling?
Also Is anyone doing anything in south america? I'm looking to book a trip there for '08 (not our honeymoon) want to hear about any good info!

Well, I am going to Alaska. In winter :) Well, technically fall, but there, it's pretty much winter. We are going to fairbanks, which is right in the middle of the state, and then going to anchorage, more south. We hope to go dog sledding, snowmobiling, flight-seeing over the glaciers, and also hope to go to the arctic circle. We looooove snow so this is perfect for us. And we are going to a hot springs resort!!

sounds great! FH and I stayed in a hot spring resort in napa valley it was amazing! All of the water that was in the room was natural hot spring water ( shower in the bathroom and a huge jacuzi in the room) and it was so nice we also did spa treatments and a mud math it was so cool! the only thing FH didnt like was the the water had a funky smell from all of the sulfer, other then that it was great! enjoy your trip its goign to be amazing!

oh and I would suggest goign on a safari in africa if you are looking for somethign different I have seen pictures it looks amazing! We want to relax on our honeymoon so we dont want to do it but eventually we want to!

sounds great! FH and I stayed in a hot spring resort in napa valley it was amazing! Thanks! I think this one just has a hot spring pool, but the rest of the water is regular water. Looking forward to it!!

You can make any trip 'honeymoon'....just go luxury.
South America/Central:
Costa Rica was awesome (I went, but not on HM). They have beautiful places, lots of wildlife, lots of adventure to do, but beware: rainy season is in the summer.
Brazil is awesome. Esp Bahia. Very good food, lots of sun & partying.
I went to Cabo on my HM. I loved the resort & sport-fishing!
I badly want to go to Chile. I heard it's awesome. Next trip....
Europe:
Ireland: I went here: the people were friendly, there was lots to see & do, we stayed in a castle & hung out with locals at lots of bars.
Italy is romantic. Venice....def honey-moon like.
Paris. Need I say more?
Other:
How about China? This was a wonderful place to visit...but I went in the winter. It's def exotic & super romantic...walking in Shanghai among the gardens & then partying it up at night...I honestly thought China had the most fun night-life!
Dubai is supposed to be the new hot-spot. I know nothing about it....but one of the 07 brides...I think milania went there. Looked great by her pics.

We are going to Scottsdale and Lake Tahoe, I notice most people opt not to staty in US which makes ours 'unique' ... pics in my HM album of the hotels we are staying in

We're contemplating Argentia and South Africa. Argentina has beautiful lanscapes and food/wine on its western border with Chile. Mendoza is supposed to be stunning (I love mendoza red wines)!
I've been to Dubai. While it's gorgoues, there's nothing to really do there except go shopping in the huge malls there. So I guess it depends on what you want to get out of your honeymoon. We were there for 5 days and were bored by day 3. But I went with my parents, not my FH.
