Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
A friend of mine named all her tables after places they've traveled as a couple! It was amazing to see all the places they've been together. Ex. Punta Cana (WHAT??)

I'm doing different types of love words, i also thought about doing different places we've been together, but we didn't have 15 places.. then i thought about writing places people came from on there.. Just some ideas..

Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
We are thinking about doing the same thing. How about calling the tables hobbies/activities that you and your FH enjoy doing. Instead of Table #1- Bahamas Instead of Table #2- Your colleges Instead of Table #3- Baseball I think you got the idea. Then make each table theme to match the table name. Just a suggestion....

Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
What is the theme of your wedding or what are your hobbies?
Try choosing just one word 'love' and each table name would be that word in a different language.

Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
I'm still trying to decide, too. I've heard of people naming tables after different flowers or by names of love songs. I guess it depends on your interests and the feel of the wedding.

Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
My FI and I grew up as neighbors, so we were thinking of using the neighborhood street names for tables.

Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
Making the table theme to match the hobby sounds like a great idea, but maybe a little too much work...only 6 weeks away...but I love the idea!!
Doing one word in different languages sounds great too!!
I was just trying to come up with 12 places that we've been together...
These are all great ideas!! Thanks...keep 'em coming.
I don't really have a theme, but my fiance is a basketball coach...I want to incorporate that somehow

Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
I have a silly idea for the basketball. I don't know if you were planning on having a guest book, but maybe you could do the fish bowl thing instead. Rather than have a glass fish bowl you can either cut the top off a real basketball and put it on a stand, so it doesn't roll over, or maybe you could find a basketball shaped bowl in a party store or on ebay.

Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
We are doing components of a happy marriage For example:
i wanted to do something like this but you have to realize ( i am not trying to be snooty) just what i thought of.... if you are having many tables like in my case i will be having about 25 it will be difficult to find your table if they are not in some kind of order
i was just at a wedding with about 28 tables and even with the numbers it was hard to find my table
just a thought

Re: UNIQUE NAMES FOR THE TABLES
We did different names of flowers since we had a spring wedding. It wasn't hard for the guests to find the tables because my hall also put numbers in frames on the tables.
