I am new to the board and am not looking for a traditional reception hall. The first place we looked was the Cradle of Aviation Museum (because it was Philip Stone Catering location), but the aviation theme wasn't for us. Philip Stone can go to other locations as well (we just fell in love with them, and want to stay with them), so if any of you have any ideas ! please help! :) TIA!

Re: Unique Reception Halls
How about art museums or science museums? Also, botanical gardens, like the Queens Botanical Garden, New York Botanical Gardens, Wave Hill, and the one in Oyster Bay whose name escapes me right now And there's always the NY Public Library

The Atlantis Aquarium is also a unique place for a reception!

We have plans to look at the Maritime Aquarium in CT (it is another Philip Stone location) but, I will add that to our list too! Thanks!

Re: Unique Reception Halls
I think Philip Stone does the Nassau County Museum of Art. It looks gorgeous there!!!
