we originally were going to do it, but then decided against it. I honestly dont know why. heheh

we did it and now we have the candle displayed in our new home!
we did the ceremony a little untraditionally....we had each set of parents (people usually just do mothers) come up to light a taper and hand it to us and then we lit the candle with them. But we had his parents hand me the candle, and my parents hand him the candle, so it's wasn't symbolizing the unity of Tom and I, but of our familes as well.....![]()
