Unity Candle

Is there something that someone says prior to lighting the unity candle?
Does anyone have a quote, such as, 'with this candle...'

i dont think so...the priest takes care of all that....he speaks about the two becoming one... we are actually going to have our mothers come up to light the side candles instead of just us doing it to more so represent our two families and us becoming one family....then we will take the candles and light the center one

Your officiant will have the wording for that part of your ceremony.
