I got mine at Party City for $2 (the stand was also $2) -- it was incredible because I had been looking for something exactly like this forever!!



I think they're usually $25 but this particular one was on clearance. Our colors were mint and lavender and I was doing all pastels and spring-like things, so this was just perfect.

i found a vendor on etsy who makes nice ones, I just haven't ordered it yet
