unity candle for church ceremony...
who lights the taper candles, the mob and mog? any other options?
do we have to have anyone light them, can the bride and groom just light the candle?

Just DH and I did it. The tapers were already lit for us and then we just lit the unity candle.
I have been to one wedding where the MOB and the MOG lit the tapers.

ok thanks! lol i wasn't sure if it was wierd if just the bride and groom lit the candle and no one else lol
